COLLECTION AND VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTATION – The technical-legal-administrative documentation is essential for identifying the property: provenance of the property, verification of the property’s compliance with building and planning regulations, compliance between the cadastral data sheet and the state of affairs.

Historical cadastral and mortgage survey for the verification of prejudicial registrations and/or transcriptions; documentation of the compliance of the systems with current regulations; energy performance certificate; viewing of the minutes of the last two condominium meetings to verify the presence of resolutions in progress for the execution of extraordinary works.

Preliminary contracts must be registered within 20 days of acceptance by the Revenue Agency.

ASSISTANCE UNTIL NOTARIAL DEED – We follow our client in all contractual phases from the first approach, passing through the preliminary contract of sale up to the signing of the notarial deed, informing of the documentation to be produced for the definitive deed and following the whole process for the passage of the property seller to buyer.
